Our Covid Commitment

We are all about looking after our people, our communities, our suppliers and our guests, and we continue to do everything we can to ensure that everyone feels safe when they visit a Highland Coast Hotel. As we return to normal and legal restrictions are lifted, we still consider our environment a COVID-19 safe one, and we are consistently monitoring the changes in guidelines to give people the confidence to feel safe and at home in our hotels.

We are committed to:

Following COVID-19 advice and guidance as outlined by the Scottish Government.
Reacting in a quick and timely manner to any restrictions or guidelines imposed by the Scottish Government should any future outbreaks of the virus occur.
Encouraging all team members to vaccinate though our internal communications.
Asking all team members to follow the current guidance on self-isolation should they test positive for the virus.
Supporting our team members in their decision on whether or not to wear a face covering whilst on duty. This is no longer a legal requirement in Scotland.
All team members check-in as ‘ready to work’ on the rota app, ensuring they are testing regularly for the virus.
Evenly spacing our tables giving room for personal distancing.
We have lots of sanitiser touch points at entrances and in our public areas.
We clean daily with certified sanitising products.
We work with a health and safety consultancy regularly who ensures our risk assessments are up to date.
