Varrich Restaurant
Varrich Restaurant is our main hotel restaurant that’s open to both guests, non-residents, and locals. With its expansive views, it’s a great spot for a delicious meal as you travel along the NC500 or explore the Highlands.
Our restaurant in Tongue serves up a range of dishes inspired by the stunning landscapes surrounding us and we use fresh produce sourced from nearby suppliers where possible. so you can be assured that we are only offering you the highest quality produce, but that we are also supporting the local community around us.
Whether it’s local beef and venison, or seasonal vegetables, no matter what you order, you’ll get a true taste of the Highlands.
Our Chef uses only the best, in season, produce so our menu is subject to change on a daily basis.

Varrich Bar is a cosy haven with roaring fire to relax and enjoy a favourite tipple or two. Tea, coffee and delicious scones are also served so if you are looking for a place to stop and refresh or simply take shelter, then come on in!

Opening Hours
Varrich Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast: 8am until 9.30am
Coffee & Cake: 12pm until 2pm in the Varrich Bar
Dinner: 5.30pm until 8.30pm
For normal service walk-ins welcome subject to availability; reservations recommended but not required.
